Incredible location, Highly service oriented staff, Very good food. A great butler was assigned for us, lovely pool staff and wonderful chai wala at breakfast!

The Leela Kovalam is an exceptional hotel - the view from the Club rooms is fabulous, the staff very warm and attentive - right from Hemlata and Aji at the reception, Sanjana who was the butler assigned to us, to Dishant at the restaurant and Chef Kalyan who prepared special meals as per our request. This is one of the best resorts for Ayurveda too - our therapists Anjali and Vishakh were exceptional! What stands out for me is that the staff are empowered to go the extra mile for the comfort and happiness of their guests - I haven’t seen this at any other place. Kudos to the management

There are so many things to write about this hotel. The stay was amazing and we were there for the Onam. Onam preparations were exceptionally well including the Sadya. From the time of checking in to check-out everything was just a call away. We were in the Club Suite. I have to mention about our personnel Butler Likhitha - she is extremely wonderful, well trained and we will request her even for our next stay. The Cafe restaurant was amazing I need to mention about Shivani, Srikutti and Chef Ramesh. The Snapper preparation made by Ramesh was outstanding. Spa was outstanding.

The location was just spectacular. The staff were very professional, accommodating and provided great level of care and assistance during our stay .You definitely pay a premium price and the product and service that you receive simply reflects this . The staff in particular were super amazing .The cultural dance performance was an icing on the cake

Facilities were amazing, location was great and the food was very delicious. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful and always greeted us with smiles on their faces. Swimming pool was great and loved to see a deeper end.

Good property and facilities. We stayed in the club section of the hotel and the service and attention from the floor manager / butler service was excellent and we were able to make spa and dinner reservations easily.

Comfortable Club room with nice balcony overlooking the sea. Quiet and peaceful at the Club pool. Private beach area. Plenty of buggies to take you to and from various facilities. The complimentary afternoon tea for club guests was very nice.

All staff were incredible helpful and attentive. Amal in Tides restaurant who recommended dishes and gave a great service to Jobi who helped us check out and made sure we had everything we needed when we had time between check out and our transfer back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are the highlight of the Leela. Facilities are excellent, the pool area. Our villa was great and we had a wonderful stay. We were able to add on additional trips and days out easily. Food at the restaurants including breakfast was delicious too!
